The CIMPA fellowships program "Research in Pairs" makes it possible for researchers in mathematics based in a developing country to come to Europe to collaborate with a colleague for a period of at least 6 weeks.
Applications for a visit between the beginning of September and the end of December 2021 are open until 15 June.

We offer several options to meet different needs and provide you with an open-source platform specifically designed to manage online interactions.

This call for projects is ongoing, so you can submit your proposal for a CIMPA course throughout the year.

The 2021 Bertrand Russell Prize is awarded to Michel Waldschmidt, Professor Emeritus at Sorbonne Université Pierre et Marie Curie and member of CIMPA, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to graduate schools and mathematical research in developing countries, and of his sustained commitment to building bridges between mathematical communities around the world.
