The Asian and European Schools In Mathematics (AESIM) was created to help young students in mathematics to continue with their mathematical career by attending schools which supplement their year program on a specific topic. The geographical perimeter is large, englobing developing countries from IMU list from East Europe till East Asia, which were not under the scope of other CIMPA schools in partnership. The precise list is given here. Within this zone, host countries with priority 1,2 or 3 in the IMU list are particularly welcome. These schools are usually of Master's or final Bachelor Degree level, and are intended for students living in countries where they stand and from neighboring countries. CIMPA covers the travel and living expenses of participants. Most often lecturers come from neighbouring countries and CIMPA is not represented. CIMPA support is conditioned by the "CIMPA Support Guidelines Conditions for Schools in Partnership".
